This letter is to let everyone at Brown’s Insurance Agency know how much we appreciate one of your employees, Janice Scarborough. Janice has been our account representative for about as long as we have had insurance with Brown’s, well over ten years. We feel that she does just that, represent our best interests pertaining to our company’s insurance needs. Janice always goes out of her way to educate us regarding our options of coverage, cost factors and client’s insurance requirements.

Over the years, when the inevitable claim or two has occurred, Janice has been the first in line, interacting between ourselves and the various insurance companies, and for that , we are grateful.
