I have been working with Brown’s insurance since my days at Compton Village HOA in Centreville, VA 1998 thru 2008. I then took a job managing Montclair POA in 2008. I went from managing 550 homes to nearly 4,000 homes. I dealt with Robyn May for all coverage in Compton Village and was always pleased with her service. She was always very down to earth when discussing the policies and very knowledgeable about the different coverage. I remember her explaining D&O coverage to me and understanding what to look for if going out for bid. She made an impression on me in my experience managing communities at that time, and for that I am grateful.
Eric Young approached me and the Montclair Board in 2009 and presented an insurance package that would save the community approx. $100,000 in insurance expense. The Board was ecstatic about the savings and we have been using Brown’s Insurance ever since. Eric really did his homework in finding the coverage the community needed for an excellent price.
This past summer, Jeff Brown worked around the clock researching and obtaining Workers Comp. coverage for Montclair under an agreement the community wanted to sign with the Prince William County Police Dept. in order to use off-duty police officers. Jeff went above and beyond in working with Montclair to find coverage. This year, Jeff and Eric were able to find armed guard workers comp. coverage under Philadelphia which includes umbrella coverage.
You have a great group of agents working there. Great job Brown’s Insurance Agency!
